LLLW examines the biomarkers of lean muscle mass, strength, basal metabolic rate and bone density and how they are improved by exercise. Improving your biomarkers is a great way to increase your energy, delay aging, and gain health benefits. Remember to consult with your physician before beginning an exercise program or doing exercises that are new to you. Dr. Brian Goslin, Exercise Science Program Director at Oakland University, Bob Lavens(sports enthusiast who claims he doesn't exercise), and Fitness Instructor John Pagoto are guests. Most of the exercise video was filmed at the Cycle and Sculpt class taught by John Pagoto at the Troy Community Center in Troy, MI.
