PESTO STUFFED MUSHROOMS
|
@20 White Button Mushrooms (@1.5in.-2in. diameter)
Mix all of the following ingredients in food processor until smooth:
1 cup walnuts (soaked, salt-free),
1/2 cup pine nuts,
2 cups packed basil,
1/2 cup olive oil,
3 garlic cloves (regular),
and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
Clean and de-stem mushrooms.
Brush mushrooms with olive oil and sea salt.
Stuff with pesto.
Dehydrate 105-110 for 2.5 hrs.
Serve warm.

APPLE TART
|
CRUST: 2 Cups ground raw almonds with 1/3 cup agave nectar, mix well, spread mixture evenly on sides and bottom of pie tin
FILLING: 2 cored apples, process, 2 tblsp. agave nectar, 1.5 tsp. lemon juice, 1.5 tsp. ground flax seed, 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, mix well, place in pie crust, serve.

"CHOCOLATE" MOUSSE
|
3 Avocados, 1 Tblsp. Vanilla, 2 Cups Dates(pitted, soaked), 1/3 tsp. Sea Salt, 1.5 Cups Carob Powder.
Blend until creamy. Serves 8-10.
