Our site is dedicated to the health and wellness of baby boomers and seniors. The first wave of baby boomers is now over 60 and the youngest among us will turn 48 this year. The health and wellness of America's largest generation will have a tremendous impact not only on their own lives, but on the health care of future generations as well. We certainly are living longer, but are we living fully functional lives free of pain and debilitating disease? Aging is inevitable, but can the aging process be delayed in a significant manner? New research is indicating that the aging brain is more flexible and adaptable than previousy thought, leading to greater creativity. The mind and body both grow stronger from use and challenge. Can our prime years be extended? Are the greatest achievements of our lives still ahead? Current research is saying that these things are possible.
